We love living here! It's a great family neighborhood and we all look out for each other. Our kids love being able to go play with the kids in the neighborhood and it brings peace of mind to us as parents that it's a safe place!
This is a great neighborhood. I work a lot but feel safe here. I have great neighbors. I haven’t seen 9 houses for sale in the front part of the subdivision. As far as the construction part, P&H, one of those guys is my brother in law and trust me they aren’t perfect so when you find the perfect builder please let me meet him because I know how hard they work and trust me I’m last on the list most of the time.
This neighborhood is not meant for everyone, and everyone is not meant for this neighborhood. Im one of the first residents to move here and boom construction took off. The subdivision grew rapidly. It's a good place to live, HOA have rules in place that make your living easy and peaceful. Love the neighborhood great and hard working resident s. Location Location Location. Easy access to good shopping outlets, North Park across the street. This is a hot neighborhood and very popular. And it did not flood....
We love living here. We live in the very back and on our street there are a lot of kids who all play together daily. We built our house here 3 years ago and have been very pleased. We have the best neighbors and many of them are more like family now. Definitely a great place to live and raise a family.
We have lived here for over two years. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The community is located across from a large park, and it is extremely close to the growing Juban Crossing shopping area and the interstate. The HOA is making great strides in keeping the subdivision top notch. We thoroughly enjoy living here!
Love living here. Quiet and peaceful in the back where we live. Kids are safe to play in the street! And the new HOA board are making some great changes starting with the Yard of the Month!
I have lived here for 3 years and love it. The neighborhood is conveniently located near I-12 and Juban Crossing. And it’s right across the street from North Park. P&H builders did a great job on our house.
